Matthias
With 25 years in the intelligence field, I’m still as driven and curious as I was on day one. When I’m not out in the mountains, I’m staying current with the latest methods and trends in information gathering.
Soldier
I began my career in Electronic Warfare (EW) and, through multiple deployments in Afghanistan, gained hands-on experience across the entire range of signals intelligence - as both a SIGINT operator and analyst.
Intelligence Professional
As an instructor at a government intelligence school, I taught intelligence analysis and regularly trained international partners. My work also included multiple overseas deployments, where I was in charge of multinational intelligence units supporting Special Forces missions.
MWOSINT
I’m an internationally recognized OSINT expert and serve on the advisory board of The OSINT Curious Project. Through numerous blog posts and publications, I’ve contributed valuable insights to the global OSINT community.
Security & TSCM Expert
Most recently, I worked as a security expert responsible for the digital personal protection of BMW’s executive board and acted as the global lead for TSCM (Technical Surveillance Countermeasures).

I’ve had the privilege of speaking at numerous conferences, including BSides Dublin and Copenhagen, the SANS OSINT Summit, the BMW Cyber Security Summit, and the DCIF Annual Conference - to name just a few.
